The bold flavors of this poutine will have guests coming back for more. Crispy HORMEL® THE PERFORMANCE PEPPERONI® Ribbon Pepperoni adds the perfect crunch to this fun take on a classic poutine.

INGREDIENTS

Mexican Style Poutine ingredients
  1. HORMEL® THE PERFORMANCE PEPPERONI® Ribbon Pepperoni, Bold (135973)
  2. Sweet potato fries
  1. Savory mole
  2. Queso fresco
  3. Fresh cilantro

STEP ONE

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and add HORMEL® THE PERFORMANCE PEPPERONI® Ribbon Pepperoni to bake until the ribbon pepperoni is nice and crispy. Remove from tray and place on a paper towel-lined tray.

STEP TWO

Fry the sweet potato fries until golden brown, then place in a bowl.

Top with savory mole, queso fresco and cilantro.
