INGREDIENTS

Crispy Ribbon Pepperoni Salad ingredients
  1. HORMEL® THE PERFORMANCE PEPPERONI® Ribbon Pepperoni, Bold (135973)
  2. Baby lettuces such as bibb, radicchio and spinach
  1. Italian dressing
  2. Toasted pine nuts or pistachios
  3. Shaved Parmesan cheese

STEP ONE

Place HORMEL® THE PERFORMANCE PEPPERONI® Ribbon Pepperoni onto sheetpan and roast in 350°F oven until crispy.  Drain pepperoni on paper towels, reserve.

STEP TWO

Place baby greens into large mixing bowl and toss with Italian dressing.

Plate the tossed greens.
