This combo of curry, SKIPPY® Peanut Butter and AUSTIN BLUES® Pecanwood Smoked Pork Shoulder isn’t just flavorful, it isn’t just comforting—it’s a great and unexpected use of your resources.

INGREDIENTS

  1. AUSTIN BLUES® Pecanwood Smoked Pork Shoulder (45108)
  2. Coconut milk
  3. SKIPPY® Peanut Butter
  4. Red curry paste
  5. White rice
  1. Serrano chilis
  2. Peanuts/cashews
  3. Cilantro
  4. Sesame seeds
Step 1

STEP ONE

Add coconut milk, SKIPPY® Peanut Butter and red curry paste to medium saucepan and place over medium heat.

Step 2

STEP TWO

Stir until peanut butter and curry paste are fully combined.

Step 3

STEP THREE

Prepare rice and scoop into a bowl. Spoon curry mixture over the rice.

Step 4

STEP FOUR

Warm AUSTIN BLUES® Pecanwood Smoked Pork Shoulder and chop into pieces. Layer pieces on top of the curry and rice.

Step 5

STEP FIVE

Add chopped peanuts or cashews and sliced peppers.

Step 6

STEP SIX

Finish with cilantro and black sesame seeds for an even more eye-popping dish.
