Tinga Tostadas

Tostadas are an infinitely customizable customer favorite. This version takes them for a south-of-the-border BBQ spin, with CAFE H® Chicken Tinga, grilled corn, pickled onions, peppers and refreshing queso Oaxaca.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
  1. CAFÉ H® Chicken Tinga (37594)
  2. Tostadas
  3. Grilled corn
  4. Pickled red onion
  1. Fresh jalapeños
  2. Queso Oaxaca
  3. Crema
  4. Cilantro (non pictured)
Step 1

STEP ONE

Warm CAFÉ H® Chicken Tinga until heated thoroughly, then shred with a fork before spreading on tostada.

Step 2

STEP TWO

Scoop grilled corn to place on top of the Chicken Tinga.

Step 3

STEP THREE

Top the corn with pickled red onions, fresh jalapeños and queso Oaxaca.

Step 4

STEP FOUR

Top with another tostada.

Step 5

STEP FIVE

Repeat the layering process on the second tostada with the Chicken Tinga, grilled corn, pickled red onions, fresh jalapeños and queso Oaxaca.

Step 6

STEP SIX

Add the third tostada for the final layer.

Step 7

STEP SEVEN

Layer ingredients on top of the third tostada again (see Step Five).

Step 8

STEP EIGHT

Broil in the oven until the queso Oaxaca on the top layer melts.

STEP NINE

Drizzle crema and garnish with cilantro.
