Preparation Method

Convection Oven:

Step 1Preheat oven to 300°F
Step 2Place brisket in a hotel pan, pour an inch of water in pan, and cover with tinfoil
Step 3Heat for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)

For best results, thaw the brisket under refrigeration at 40°F (4°C) for 24-48 hours prior to preparation.

Note: Always use a calibrated meat thermometer to ensure proper internal temperatures are reached.

Stovetop:

Step 1Place a skillet over medium heat and add cooking medium to grease the pan.
Step 2Add in the burnt ends, be careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Step 3Halfway thorugh warming, add the sauce (if using) to carmelize in the pan.
Step 4Cook for approximatley 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)

A: Our burnt ends are slow-smoked over real hardwood logs for up to 16 hours, cut from the whole brisket, fully cooked and delivered unsauced for maximum flexibility.
