- Lay out lavash so darker bubbled side is down.
- Place 2 slices of turkey across width of each lavash. Top with 2 strips bacon.
- Spread1/4 c. (#16 scoop) avocado on each lavash above turkey.
- Place 2 slices of tomatoes on top.
- Sprinkle 1/2 oz. cheese and 1/2 c. romaine evenly over each lavash.
- Roll up sandwiches tightly starting from the side with turkey. Cut in half diagonally. Serve immediately or wrap individually or cover pan and hold at 40°F. until service.
