Fully cooked, St. Louis Style Pork Ribs that are seared to caramelize the exterior and develop flavor. It is then slow-cooked in its own natural juices until it is tender, moist and delicious.

GRILL: Heat on a char grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until warm. BAKE: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove ribs from package and place on baking pan. Cover with foil and heat until desired temperature is reached. BOIL: DO NOT REMOVE RIBS FROM PACKAGE. Place product in boiling water. Simmer for about 1 to 1 ¼ hours or until warm.
Suggested Use
Smaller portions work great for appetizers, combo meals, or small plates, while whole and half racks work great for entrees and sharing plates.
