Conventional Oven:
| Step 1 | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. |
| Step 2 | Place in a hotel pan, pour an inch of water in pan, and cover with tinfoil. |
| Step 3 | Heat for approximatley 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reached 145˚F. |
For best results, thaw the brisket under refrigeration at 40°F (4°C) for 24-48 hours prior to preparation.
