Preparation Method

3 packs fit perfectly across a full sheet pan for thawing. When ready to use, each thawed pack can be emptied into a standard half pan for easy use at a fryer station.

Step 1Ensure package is fully thawed. Liquid separation in the package can occur. Gently massage the batter into the bag to reconstitute moisture into the batter.
Step 2Open the packages into a half pan or full pan ensuring all contents of the package are in the pan.
Step 3Ensure tenders are evenly coated with a thin layer of batter and fry at 350ºF (or higher) for approximately 2–3 minutes.
