HEATING DIRECTIONS NOTE: THAW PRODUCT FOR 48 HOURS PRIOR TO HEATING Conventional Oven (From Thawed): Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove beef tips and gravy from the package and place in a half steam table pan. Break up any large pieces of beef. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until hot. Stir well before serving. Convection Oven (From Thawed): Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove beef tips and gravy from the package and place in a half steam table pan. Break up any large pieces of beef. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until hot. Stir well before serving. Boil-In-Bag (From Thawed): Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil. Place bag of beef tips and gravy in boiling water. Boil for 35-45 minutes or until hot. CAREFUL! The bag and its contents will be hot after heating. HANDLE WITH CARE. HOLDING RECOMMENDATIONS Place hot beef tips and gravy in hot holding equipment. Hold for up to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Make sure product stays at or above 140°F
