- Use 12"x20" x 2.5" pans, 2 and one ½ pans for 50 servingsand 5 pans for 100. Evenly divide sausage crumbles amongthe pans.
- Sprinkle 12 oz. cheese evenly over turkey in each pan.
- Mix eggs and milk together. Pour evenly over each pan.
- Arrange 3.5 lb. tater tots on top in each pan.
- Bake in 425° F oven for 30-35 minutes until tater tots havebrowned and eggs are set.
- Hold at 135° F until service. Cut each pan into 20 servings.
