Beef stock 7 cups
Heavy cream 7 cup
All-purpose flour 1.25 cups 1tbsp.
Soy sauce 2 tbsp 1 tsp.
Black pepper, ground 2 tbsp. 1 tsp.
Rosemary, dried 1 tbsp. 1 tsp.
Egg noodles - as needed

Directions

Portion Size: 1 bowl

  1. Whisk together the beef stock, heavy cream, flour, soy sauce, black pepper, and rosemary in a large saucepan until smooth.
  2. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain, set aside and keepwarm.
  4. Stir in the meatballs to the cream sauce, and continue cooking until meatballs are heated through, about 5 more minutes. Serve 4 meatballs each.
