Whole grain macaroni, uncooked 3 lbs. 2 oz
Alfredo sauce, reduced fat 5 qt 14 oz
Parmesan cheese, grated 6.25 cup
Parsley flakes, for garnish - n/a

Directions

Portion Size: 1 bowl

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish withcooking spray.
  2. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  3. Mix Alfredo sauce and Parmesan with a whisk. Heat to just boiling overmedium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in pasta and meatballs.
  4. Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes.Remove from oven.
  5. Portion 1 c. noodles and 3 meatballs.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley for garnish.
