- Heat meatballs according to package directions.
- Hold the prepared mashed potatoes and gravy at 140°F until ready to use.
- Assembly: In each 12 oz. bowl, portion 1 #8 scoop of mashed potatoes and¼ cup gravy.
- Top with 1 oz. cheddar cheese, and 4 meatballs. Serve immediately or hold at a minimum of 140°F.
- Serve with a whole grain roll on the side.
