Brown gravy 12.5 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded 12.5 cup
Dinner roll, whole grain - 50 each

Directions

Portion Size: 1 bowl

  1. Heat meatballs according to package directions.
  2. Hold the prepared mashed potatoes and gravy at 140°F until ready to use.
  3. Assembly: In each 12 oz. bowl, portion 1 #8 scoop of mashed potatoes and¼ cup gravy.
  4. Top with 1 oz. cheddar cheese, and 4 meatballs. Serve immediately or hold at a minimum of 140°F.
  5. Serve with a whole grain roll on the side.
