Portion Size: 2 sliders

  1. Scramble and cook the eggs.
  2. Slice the rolls in half. Build each sandwich. Place 3 leaves of baby spinach on the bottom half of the roll. Follow with one slice of turkey and one slice of ham folded in a triangle. Top with .25 oz. American cheese, scrambled egg, and the top of the roll.
  3. Place the sliders in a 300°F oven for 5-10 minutes to allow the turkey to warm and the cheese to melt.
  4. Serve two sliders as a portion.
