Foodservice Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces. Place breasts skin side up on large sprayed shallow baking pan so the units do not touch. Add 1 cup of water to the pan and replenish as necessary. Cook for 2 hours 10 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven.
Foodservice Combination Oven:
Preheat oven to 320°F. Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces. Place breasts skin side up on large sprayed shallow baking pan so the units do not touch. Add 1 cup of water to the pan and replenish as necessary. Cook for 1 hour 25 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven.
Foodservice Rotisserie Oven:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces. Place breasts skin side up in sprayed rotisserie baskets. Cook for 1 hour 55 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven.
