CONVECTION: We recommend thawing before cooking. Thaw at least 48 hours in refrigerator OR at least 7-9 hours in cold water. Change water frequently. DO NOT thaw at room temperature. Always leave in sealed bag during thawing. Refrigerate or cook after thawing. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place roast in baking pan with skin side up. Add 2 cups water. Cook from THAWED for 1 hr. 50 min. & FROZEN for 2 hrs. 45 min. AND until internal temperature is 165°F as measured by a meat themometer. For best results let rest for 10-20 minutes.
