Pre-heat conventional oven to 425° F. Place frozen patties on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes and until the internal temperature reads 165° F, as measured by a meat thermometer.
Foodservice Combination Oven:
Pre-heat combination oven to 375° F. Set for low humidity and medium fan speed. Place frozen patties on a sheet pan and bake for 12-14 minutes and until the internal temperature reads 165° F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Foodservice Convection Oven:
Pre-heat covenction oven to 400F. Place frozen patties on a sheet pan and bake for 16-18 minutes and until the internal temperature reads 165F, as measured by a meat thermometer.
