GRIDDLE_FRY: Preheat char grill. Remove thawed turkey burger pucks from package. Place puck on a flat surface and smash or press down until 1/4" thick. Spray char grill with nonstick cooking spray. Place patty on char grill. Cook for a total of approximately 7-8 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. SEAR: Preheat flat top grill. Remove thawed turkey burger pucks from package. Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray. Place puck on hot grill and smash or press down until 1/4" thick. Cook for a total of approximately 11-12 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
