Preparation Method

OVEN: Heat to 400 degrees. Separate slices and and place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake 15-20 mins, or to desired crispness. No turning is necessary. PAN FRYING: Place bacon in skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, turning frequently.

Suggested Use

Use as a center of the plate for breakfast or as a flavorful addition to sandwiches, salads, potatoes, soups, and entrees. Can also be used to wrap steaks, chops, shrimp, and scallops.
