Preparation Method

Convection Oven:

Step 1Place up to 4 parchment sheets of bacon per full-size sheet pan.
Step 2Heat at 425°F, low fan speed, for 4–5 minutes until a “sea of foam” forms.
Step 3For crispier bacon, heat for up to 5.5 minutes.
Step 4Let rest 3–4 minutes before serving.

Flat Top Grill:

Step 1Heat bacon directly on a preheated flat top at 350°F for 30 seconds per side or until foam appears.
Step 2Let rest 3–4 minutes.

Note: Do not dab grease off slices. Bacon will continue to crisp slightly during rest period.
