Cook for 4-5 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 140°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. CONVECTION: Preheat convection oven to 375°F. Position patties in a single layer about 1" apart on shallow baking pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 140°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. BAKE: Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Position patties in a single layer about 1" apart on shallow baking pan. Cook for 7-9 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 140°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. SEAR: Preheat flat top grill to 400°F. Coat flat top grill with nonstick spray.
