Preparation Method

HORMEL® Beef Franks are fully cooked. Simply heat on a roller grill (on medium setting) for 15 - 30 minutes, to an internal temperature of 140°. Product may also be steamed or placed in boiling water in order to heat to 140°.

Suggested Use

Serve as a Hot Dog: on a bun, topped with relish, onions, mustard or ketchup. Or as a Chili Dog: topped with chili and shredded cheese. Or as a Jalapeno Dog: topped with jalapeno peppers and melted cheese.
