Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 lb. 10 oz.
Eggs, large, beaten 16 ea. (1qt)
Milk, lowfat, 1% 2 qt. 2 c.
Tater tots 8 lbs.

Portion Size: 1 Square

  1. Use 12"x20" x 2.5" pans, 2 and one ½ pans for 50 servingsand 5 pans for 100. Evenly divide sausage crumbles amongthe pans.
  2. Sprinkle 12 oz. cheese evenly over turkey in each pan.
  3. Mix eggs and milk together. Pour evenly over each pan.
  4. Arrange 3.5 lb. tater tots on top in each pan.
  5. Bake in 425° F oven for 30-35 minutes until tater tots havebrowned and eggs are set.
  6. Hold at 135° F until service. Cut each pan into 20 servings.
