Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. COMBI_HEAT: Preheat combination oven to 320°F. Place thawed filets on shallow baking pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. CONVECTION: Preheat convection oven to 325°F. Place thawed filets on shallow baking pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. BAKE: Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Place thawed filets on shallow baking pan. Cook for 35 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. SEAR: Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place thawed filets on grill and cook for 20 minutes, turning 3 times. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
