Preparation Method

COMBI_HEAT: Preheat oven to 320°F. Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces. Place breasts skin side up on large sprayed shallow baking pan so the units do not touch. Add 1 cup of water to the pan and replenish as necessary. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven. BAKE: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces. Place breasts skin side up on large sprayed shallow baking pan so the units do not touch. Add 1 cup of water to the pan and replenish as necessary. Cook for 2 hours 5 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven. ROTISSERIE: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces. Place breasts skin side up in sprayed rotisserie baskets. Cook for 2 hours and until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven.

Suggested Use
