Pit Smoked St. Louis Style Pork Ribs

Fully cooked St. Louis Style Rib that is pit smoked over oak and hickory logs, and then rubbed with a savory BBQ rub. This results in a rich mahogany color, distinctive exterior bark, and deep smoke flavor.

Preparation Method

GRILL: Heat on a char grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until warm. BAKE: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove ribs from package and place on baking pan. Cover with foil and heat until desired temperature is reached.

Suggested Use

Smaller portions work great for appetizers, combo meals, or small plates, while whole and half racks work great for entrees and sharing plates.
