Our lean and meaty pork loins are produced only from grade and yield hogs, with 1/8" average trim, enhanced by our patented marinade.
Butts:
Both our boneless and bone-in butts are closely trimmed with consistent separation points. Average trim is 1/4”. Superior results lead to patron satisfaction and repeat business.
Tenderloins:
Our boneless tenderloins are trimmed to specs, and dry cured to ensure natural juiciness with no water. They offer 100% useability with minimal fat cover, less marbling and smaller bones.
Chops:
Produced from 9-rib center cut bone-in loins, our pork chops are made with tight trim specifications and enhanced with our patented marinade.
Ribs:
