Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C)
Place in a hotel pan, pour an inch of water in pan, and cover with foil.
Reheat low and slow until the internal temperature reaches 145˚F (63°C).
For best results, thaw under refrigeration for 24-48 hours prior to preparation.
