CURE/81® Ham is a bone-in ham and is naturally juicy and tender. Each ham has the shank removed and is meticulously trimmed for a lean consistent product. CURE/81® Ham is spiral sliced for easy carving. Each ham is registered to guarantee satisfaction.
To heat CURE/81® Spiral Sliced Bone-In Ham: Remove wrapper and place ham in shallow baking pan. Add 1 cup water. Cover pan securely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes per pound. Add glaze mix as directed on package if desired.
