PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Old Tyme Sausage can be baked in the oven. If using a convection oven at 375 degrees bake 13 - 17 min. (frozen) 9 - 12 min. (thawed) Old Tyme Sausage is best when prepared on a flat top grill. 7 - 9 minutes (frozen), 6 - 8 minutes (thawed)

SUGGESTED USE

The traditional use is as a breakfast side item or served in a biscuit sandwich. Old Tyme Sausage can also be cooked and crumbled for a casserole or ingredient in soup or stew
