CURE 81® Bone-In Spirals have the same great quality and flavor as the traditional boneless. The half spiral is deli-faced for ease of use when serving on a carving station or cutting ham steaks as a Center of the Plate entree.
To heat CURE/81® Spiral Sliced Bone-In Ham: Remove wrapper and place ham in shallow baking pan. Add 1 cup water. Cover pan securely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes per pound. Add glaze mix as directed on package if desired.
Ideal for carving on a buffet line. Use a honey or cherry glaze for unique flavors.
