Each FLEUR DE LIS(tm) Carving Ham is uses a select 17/20 fresh ham which is open boned and then further trimmed of excess internal fat. The product is then carefully cured and placed by hand into a stocking net and naturally hardwood smoked in a press rack to achieve it's unique shape.
Ham is fully cooked and may be served cold. FLEUR DE LIS(tm) Carving Ham is best when served warm. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes per pound or until done to personal satisfaction.
Perfect for Center of the Plate and Carving stations. Can be shaved or sliced for sandwiches.
FLEUR DE LIS(tm) is naturally hardwood smoked for maximum flavor. Ham muscles are left in tact for an old fashioned bone-in texture without the bone. Unique flat shape makes FLEUR DE LIS(tm) easy to carve.
Cured with Water, Dextrose, Salt, Potassium Lactate, Modified Potato Starch, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Diacetate.
