NATURAL CHOICE® uncured bacon can be prepared in the oven, on the grill or in the microwave. It is laid out on friable parchment paper which will not burn. Grill- 375 degrees for 5 minutes on each side. Oven- 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
