Ribs: Our ribs are rubbed with a special seasoning mixture, then smoked with natural hardwood. Try our lip-smacking Rib Tips as well.
Pulled Pork: Great for barbecue entrees and sandwiches. These lean pork shoulder cuts are hardwood smoked for six hours, then finished off with a clear Carolina-style sauce..
Hot Link: This Kielbasa-style, natural casing, all-pork sausage is hardwood smoked with a touch of hot & spicy flavor from three kinds of pepper – black, red and cayenne. It’s fully prepared, so just add your signature sauce.
